In this workshop, you will have the opportunity to solder your own synthesizer, looper, or effects unit.

Under the guidance of Dresden-based musician and artist Alwin Weber, you will learn how to work with electronic components, gain a theoretical understanding of acoustics and electronics, and learn how to solder.

Weber has been giving courses worldwide on circuit bending, DIY electronics, glitch art, and audiovisual art since 2009. He has taught thousands of people how to solder and the art of creative short-circuiting. The workshop at #Rosenwerk offers a unique combination of different technologies and work areas, making it interdisciplinary and therefore particularly exciting.
